Mark Antunes, EP Henry
Mark was a landscaping professional for 27 years. As the owner and operator of his own business he was involved in phases of that business; estimating, purchasing, sales, customer relations, installation, and maintenance. For the past 12 years Mark has been in the employ of EP Henry. He was a sales representative for two years and then transitioned to become the first Manager for Technical Information for Hardscaping™ Construction. This position was created by EP Henry to respond to the huge number of Hardscaping™ construction related questions that the company received on a daily basis. In this capacity Mark responds to the technical questions and construction issues, and product application questions from contractors, design professionals, municipal officials, homeowners, distributors and others throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Alison Blobner, LandOpt
As LandOpt’s Manager of License Sales, Alison is directly responsible for adding new Licensees by both qualifying and educating landscape contractors on the benefits of the LandOpt Network. Her focus includes regional growth within our existing Licensee base, with an eye toward ultimately expanding the Network throughout the United States.
Alison’s background includes regional sales experience and management responsibility for large, global organizations where she was tasked with generating new business and achieving targeted growth plans using a consultative sales approach. /She was also responsible for the training and management of local and regional sales teams. A Pittsburgh native, Alison attended Robert Morris University.
Ross Causey, Garden Square Landscaping Design
Ross is president of Garden Square Landscaping Inc. and has been installing interlocking paving stones since 1987. He has been ICPI certified for thirteen years and a certified instructor for ten years. Ross is familiar with the distinct installation conditions and is especially versed in the soils and base portion of the curriculum. Ross has served on the ICPI’s Construction, Marketing, and Education subcommittees. As Chair of The Advanced Level Education course we successfully implemented the Level II commercial course.
In addition to the Level I, Level II, PICP, Hands-on Courses, and participating at the School of Advanced Segmental Paving, he has taught ICPI Level I Certification classes from California to New Jersey. He lives and works in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, and has 2 children.
Paul Cimini, EP Henry
Paul Cimini has over 40 years’ experience as a business owner, Hardscaping/masonry contractor and corporate manager. Long recognized as one of the Industry’s leaders in training and education, Paul has worked with over 4000 Hardscaping contractors across the country providing them with the information and resources to enhance their skills and take their businesses to the next level. His background lets him see business through the eyes of the contractor and is respected for his honesty, straightforwardness and passion for the Industry.
Richard Cohn, Earp Cohn, P.C.
Rich Cohn is a founding shareholder of Earp Cohn, which he and partner Tom Earp formed in 1991 after many years of large firm experience. Rich’s practice focuses on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including commercial acquisitions and dispositions of office buildings, shopping centers, hotels and commercial, industrial and manufacturing facilities; acquisition and assembly of land; office, retail and industrial leasing; zoning, land use planning and urban redevelopment; formation and organization of real estate ownership and development entities; and real estate financing transactions.

Chris has been with EP Henry over 3 years and serves as Project Service Manager and Seal N Lock Sales Representative. Chris has been teaching The Seal N Lock System to contractors throughout the Northeast over the last several years and provides a unique perspective having consulted on hundreds of cleaning and sealing projects with both consumers and professionals alike.
Chris Ebbeson, Anchor Wall Systems
Chris Ebbesen is a National Key Account Manager with Anchor Wall Systems and has over 13 years of experience in the landscape and hardscape industry; 8 with Anchor Wall. In this capacity, Chris covers the United States and the Caribbean for Anchor Wall. He specializes in sales, estimating, bidding, and installation training and assistance to dealers and contractors.
Chris comes to Anchor with a strong background in the hardscape and landscape industry. He worked for a major concrete manufacturer as a hardscape representative where he helped train over 200 contractors and dealers to install hardscapes at a high quality and faster pace while maximizing profit. During his tenure with this program, he tripled sales in his territory!! After a brief stint of doing some independent contracting as a trainer in Iraq, he became the Operations Manager of LD Erickson Landscape, Inc. where he sold, designed, and installed both landscape and hardscape projects. LD Erickson Landscape is a high-end residential landscape design build company that has been serving the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for over 28 years. Chris holds a bachelors degree from Bucknell University in Economics and served as an Officer in the United States Army’s Corps of Engineers serving with the 1st Cavalry Division at Fort Hood, Texas.
Mike Eisenhuth, LandOpt
As a Success Coach, Mike works closely with the Success Coaching team to deliver products and services to the LandOpt Network of Contractors. This includes providing the coaching, training and mentoring support necessary to guide each contractor from the initial kick-off phase through the transformation process. This includes, but is not limited to, weekly PAR calls, monthly site visits and role-specific training in the Pittsburgh training center.
Well-suited for this role because of his background in sales, Mike has previously served as an Enterprise Rent-A-Car branch manager and a retail sales representative for a Pittsburgh-area sales and marketing firm in the food industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in communications studies from West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV.
David Gallagher, LandOpt
With over 20 years of experience in the green and white industries, David supports LandOpt customers with his extensive industry background and management skills. As Director of Success, David delivers products and services to customers, and assists these customers during the product implementation process. Through solid training and mentoring support, David ensures customer success and satisfaction with LandOpt products and services.
David graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural science. Throughout his career, David has filled many roles within the green industry. Working as a consultant to various companies, he developed scalable and repeatable systems.
David’s expertise, particularly in snow and ice management, is well-recognized within the industry. He is a frequent speaker at events hosted by the Snow & Ice Management Association (SIMA), Michigan Green Industry Association (MGIA), Pennsylvania Landscape & Nursery Association (PNA) and Professional Grounds Management Society (PGMS).
Bill Gardocki, Interstate Landscape Co., Inc.
Bill Gardocki, owner of Interstate Landscape Co., Inc, Londonderry, NH, has more than 40 years of paver and SRW installation experience in the residential market. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and has been a certified ICPI and NCMA instructor for the past 14 years. Bill is a past President of The NH Landscape Association. Bill writes monthly articles for Hardscape Magazine, and is the Landscape Construction instructor at the University of New Hampshire.

Tom Gardocki has worked in the hardscape industry for 15 years and has been a foreman of a hardscape crew for Interstate Landscape Co., Inc. in Londonderry, New Hampshire, for the past 4 years. Tim Johnson is an Associate Professor of Landscape Architecture at Penn State. He has been teaching visualization and design implementation courses, specializing in digital media tools for the last thirty years. His work on professional and research projects has been recognized by the American Society of Landscape Architects Professional Awards Program with merit awards in the planning and communications categories. Jeff Miller is part owner of KeyCon, Inc, which is a prominent masonry construction company operating out of the Bucks County area of PA. As president of Creative Pavers, Nick oversees total operations of the landscape construction firm. Co-founding this company while he was a sophomore at the University of Delaware, two years later he was honored as the first place state winner of the East Coast Collegiate Entrepreneur of the Year award. Shortly thereafter he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
