Exhibits must be ready by 4:00 PM on Monday, February 6, 2012 and remain intact until 6:00 PM Wednesday, February 8, 2012. Dismantling will begin immediately after 6:00 PM Wednesday. TRUCKS or TRACTORS may NOT start their engines until 7:00 PM. Exhibit Hall must be cleared by 10:00 AM on Thursday, February 9, 2012.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS IN ATLANTIC CITY:
EP Henry has made arrangements for reduced hotel room rates during the 2012 Mid-Atlantic Hardscaping Trade Show at the hotels listed below. Make sure to mention that you are with MAHTS 2012 / EP Henry. Hotel reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Advance rate deadline is 5:00 p.m. February 3, 2012. The parking rates listed are subject to change. Hotel rates listed below are based on single or double occupancy. Tax, tourism and occupancy fees are in addition to the room rates listed below.
