Nature’s Accents Landscape Services, Inc.
Scope of Work: The Lauser’s worked with our designer to bring new life to their existing bland concrete porch.
In order to stay within their budget, and after careful examination, it was determined this project
was a prime candidate for a concrete overlay application. Two concrete walkways were
removed and new matching paver walkways were installed. Coventry borders were installed
with complimentary decorative gravel mulch to give this retired couple a low maintenance
landscape. The Lauser’s were so pleased with the result and a small utility patio was added along
the side of the home unifying the entire property.

Scope of Work: To create curb appeal and more sitting area with a friendlier and welcoming entrance into the door. The customer was speechless she was so happy!
Unusual Problems Encountered: A LOT of concrete & rebar to remove – A LOT! A jack hammer & ear plugs.

Evergreen Hardscaping
Scope of Work: Client lives in a 55 and older community and was looking to enhance the entrance to the home. All the houses in the community look the same and they needed something to set their home apart. We installed a new veneer on the landing with natural stone to match the existing house. We used pavers for the landing and walkway leading form the driveway to the house. Customer is 100% satisfied… they are very excited on the positive feedback from family and friends. This has turned into several more installs from neighbors.

Bryn Mawr Landscaping Co. Inc.
Scope of Work: Create small patio in backyard. Use EP Henry product but wanted it to match some existing Flagstone on back steps. Customer was very satisfied.
Unusual Problems Encountered: The job was a very easy and simple project. We had to create a level area. We used Boulders to help us with this part of the project.

Scope of Work: Turn their existing back yard into a usable luxury space
Unusual Problems Encountered: Job was a nightmare because of access. There was a lot of work to be done in a very small space. All while keeping their existing “DIY” pond intact. Everything was done by hand!
