Describe Your Business Strategy and Approach: Bailey’s catch phrase is “Got Curb Appeal?” Operating in a downed economic environment, Bailey’s markets to clients through our website, marketing materials, social media, client interaction and word of mouth that curb appeal adds value to properties as well as adds to the homeowner’s quality of life by creating a peaceful sanctuary for the homeowner and family members. Our focus is towards revitalizing and creating the customers exterior appeal while maximizing cost effective approaches that fit each homeowner’s budget, which is a must in the current economic market. Enhancing curb appeal may simply mean providing some TLC to the homeowner’s exterior to major hardscaping projects. Bailey’s also strives to provide excellent customer service by treating the homeowner as our team member and collaborator. In a competitive landscaping environment, we attempt to set ourselves apart from the competition by building rapport and relationships with our clients. Describe Your Business Results: Bailey’s began operating on a full-time basis in 2011. In 2011, Bailey’s increased from two part-time employees to 5 seasonal part-time employees. Bailey’s tripled sales from 2010 to 2011, has a positive cash flow and is operating at a profit. Bailey’s understands that customer satisfaction and feedback is of utmost importance to business success and we therefore strive to constantly maintain and increase customer retention rates.
Describe Your Efforts supporting and elevating the professionalism of the Industry: Bailey’s believes that continuing education and training is fundamental and necessary to business success by maintaining a competitive edge. Bailey strives to not only to maintain but to exceed industry standard practices by provide training and educational opportunities, such as various training seminars, to all employees. Bailey’s mantra is to never stop learning and to increase knowledge and skill with every project!

Describe Your Business Strategy and Approach: We are a residential specialist. Our goal is to provide our customers with an eye pleasing outdoor experience. Commitment to customer service and high quality work at or above industry standards has provided the firm with a growing list of long term customers.
Describe Your Business Results: We do about 80 jobs per year on average of all sizes. I always seek the interest of the customer first and install precise, quality, creative projects, which lead to minimal to no complaints. About 75% repeat or referral is the scope work. I don’t advertise heavily but rely on internet services/search engine placement as well as referrals.
Describe Your Efforts supporting and elevating the professionalism of the Industry: I received my ICPI certification 2 years ago and go to about 2-3 local seminars per year including Mahts, to keep up with the latest techniques and products to make my company grow and improve.
