Information We Collect

Personal information, such as your email address, your mailing address, telephone number and/or credit card information, is only collected by us when you voluntarily supply it, either online, over the telephone, or through the mail.

How We Use Collected Information

If you supply us with your contact information, we, EP Henry’s Authorized Independent Contractors, or our distributors may contact you concerning new EP Henry products, services, or upcoming events.

EP Henry also may employ other companies to process credit card payments. Such organizations would have access to your personal information as required to permit them to perform their obligations to us. We require these organizations to take steps to protect personal information and to only use it in accordance with applicable laws and for the purposes for which they are specifically engaged.
